Backorders:
Stock will be placed on Backorder if it’s not available at time of order and will incur a half freight charge.
Freight:
Freight charges are as follows
Local - $8.50
Toll 500g - $9
OCS 1kg - $9.50
OCS 3kg - $10.50
OCS Road starting at - $13
Returns/Exchange Policy:
Only Allergan & AMO stock can be returned due to expiry. These must be returned 1 month before the expiry date.
All other companies will not exchange expired stock.
Damaged goods must be advised within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Stock received in error can be returned for credit or exchange, but must be sent back in resalable condition with paperwork within 7 days.
Stock ordered incorrectly may be returned at customers cost and freight will not be credited.
All stock remains the property of Good Optical Services until the invoice is paid in full.
